Service Agreement and Payment Terms

  • • By affixing your signature below, you hereby enter into a contractual agreement with Empire Land Surveying LTD. for the provision of land survey services. This act signifies your commitment to fulfill the payment obligations for the services rendered on this project in their entirety. Additionally, it confirms your authority to initiate this contract and assume financial responsibility.

Completion Timeline

  • • Empire Land Surveying LTD. provides projected timelines based on professional judgment and initial scope. Timelines may shift due to unforeseen circumstances, should delays arise, we'll communicate any changes to the timeline directly.

Property Access

  • • Access to the property by Empire Land Surveying LTD. is crucial for conducting surveys. It is the client's responsibility to secure any necessary permissions for property access. Delays in access can affect the project's timeline and may incur additional charges.

Change of Scope

  • • Any changes to the project's scope initiated by the client after the commencement of services may result in adjustments to the project timeline and costs. Additionally, requests made directly on-site will incur charges at our standard hourly rate of $150/hr, with a minimum charge of one hour.

Cancellation Policy

  • • To cancel or modify scheduled services, clients should inform Empire Land Surveying LTD. at the earliest possible time. Charges will be applied for any work completed up to the time of notification, at our hourly rate of $150/hr.

Payment Methods

  • • We accept the following methods of payment: cheque, eTransfer, and credit card. Please be advised that credit card transactions are subject to a 2.4% service charge.

Disclaimer

  • • The information and services provided under this agreement are subject to the terms and conditions as outlined above. Empire Land Surveying LTD. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. This agreement does not include any implicit or explicit warranties beyond the scope of the surveying services specified herein.

Document Release and Payments

  • • Payment is required upon completion of our services, before any plans or documents can be released, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon prior to the start of the survey.
